Dana Griffin is the Co-Founder and CEO of Eldera.ai, a global intergenerational platform on a mission to respectfully unlock into the time and wisdom of older adults as a new natural resource for all generations to thrive. Eldera is the opposite of eldercare, it is built on the belief that older adults want and need to care for the next generation. We build technology to safely connect young and old for weekly virtual conversations that concurrently solve two human crises: the mental health of kids and the loneliness of older adults, while offsetting the societal cost of our increased longevity.
Dana was raised by her grandparents in Transylvania, Romania and has been guided by elder mentors throughout her life. A former data and advertising executive recognized by AdAge as a “40 under 40 changing the advertising industry”, Dana became an age-tech entrepreneur and AI for Good advocate following the death of her closest elder mentor, Linda. She now serves on the boards of BrightFocus Foundation and AI Commons and has been advising and speaking internationally about healthy longevity and principled uses of AI for social impact.
